John Melillo, President
John Melillo began the company and guided it on its present
course of building and managing digital signage and advanced
TV systems for marketing and corporate communications. Beginning with building the satellite network
portion side of the business, he launched DMG’s foray into signage
at the 2002 retail show “Global Shop” with a small New York
City software developer and national retail fixture manufacturer.
The software package became the core system
behind a DMG custom content management software product “Hermes” being
used today by several clients. Under his leadership DMG
has nurtured industry and client partnerships which have generated
base revenue that is sustaining DMG’s current growth. The
single portal concept behind our business model along with
initiatives in IPTV, Cellular transmission, and the “network
neighborhood” have all been nurtured during his tenure.
John has more than thirty years experience
in corporate communications and electronic network management. He
was the leading architect for several corporate network designs
before joining Diversified Systems in 2001. These award winning
networks provided employee communications, marketing support
and distance learning from state of the art studios to customized
downlink facilities.
He has been involved at the senior communications
management level on the strategic planning of internal communications
plans as well as external branding and marketing. John has
also won creative awards in the electronic and print communication
fields. He has produced and directed hundreds of hours
of live multi-camera productions for corporate and broadcast
applications, and also directed numerous film style productions
for training and marketing.
Brian Lees, Vice President
and General Manager
Brian Lees has been instrumental in managing the company’s internal and
external IT infrastructure and leading operations from coast to coast. Brian
is responsible for setting up the accounting function and handling contract
administration and negotiation with vendors and clients alike.
His leadership ability has been the driving
force behind the strong field construction and maintenance
operation. DMG has become known for its field excellence
and customer service under his tutelage. Brian
is also responsible for the build out of our strong IT structure.
Under his guidance we were able to launch our
cellular product and our commercial free MSNBC channel giving
DMG true differentiation in the marketplace. He has also
become an integral part of the sales initiatives as they move
to closure, and has established a small but profitable income
in box sales for the company. He has more than ten years
of management experience in the operations of large-scale organizations. He
served as Operations Director for Career Blazers prior to joining
Diversified Media Group.
As Operations Director, Brian was responsible
for 130 remote offices in 22 states. Brian has strong
experience in the areas of technical consulting management,
outsourcing management, and employee training and enhancement. Brian
graduated with a BA in Business Management from Binghamton
University and received his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Tom Percich, Vice President,
Business Development
Tom Percich is the sales team leader at DMG. His ability
to network among vendors, Diversified Systems sales force
and clients has yielded a host of new business over his years
with DMG.
Tom’s ability to understand the highly
technical nature of our work and translate that into applications
of use to our customers has given DMG a stance in the marketplace
we would not other wise have. He was instrumental for
the initial thought process behind our cellular product “Go
Anywhere” and the “Network Neighborhood”. These
two projects are the basis for the company’s projected
future growth.
He has more than ten years of experience in
private networks and data networks. Tom has held senior
management positions with Satellite Network Systems and its
successor Loral Cyberstar, and Digistar Networks. During
these tenures he was instrumental in guiding more than 20 private
corporate networks to the airwaves.
He works closely with his clients on
all phases of downlink installation and head-end construction. Tom
is also experienced in distance learning technologies and
techniques. Tom joined DMG as a result of its acquisition
of Digistar Networks. Prior experience includes management
positions with Kimberly Clark, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. |
