the broadcast television industry for state-of-the-art production
and post-production facilities. Today, the two Diversified

service integration and development of managed network solutions.
Diversified Systems (DS) is a full-service
system integration company addressing the technical needs of
the broadcast TV, corporate video, RF and IT industries. DS
offers full turn-key solutions including engineering design,
documentation, project management, equipment procurement, custom
fabrication, system integration, project commissioning, training,
and after-installation support. As Diversified Systems’ reputation
continued to grow, DS was increasingly asked to design, deploy
and manage the networks and content from these facilities.
Diversified Media Group (DMG), founded in 2001,
was spun off to address this need and is a pre-eminent, managed
network provider that designs, engineers, implements and manages
private video, rich media, and digital signage networks to
viewers in corporation, consumer retail and public venues.
DMG also implements managed networks for corporate communications,
business distance learning, and aggregates broadcast and cable
programming to private television networks and the corporate
desktop. DMG currently supports both large and small networks
ranging from a few sites to over 1,000 sites globally.
DMG, working with world-class design partners,
also offers full-service thematic design in retail, mixed-use
and theme park environments. From its inception, DMG has offered
complete solutions that include: program definition, production
design and construction documents, shop drawings, budgeting
and project management. DMG and its design partners provide
holistic design technology solutions.
The Diversified companies’ corporate
headquarters, network operations center and 24/7 call center
are located in Kenilworth, New Jersey, along with our main
integration facility and design studios. The west coast sales
office and integration facility is located in northern California.
Our facilities are equipped with the latest in production design,
system design and integration equipment, which maximizes both
our performance and quality control. DMG maintains a state-of-the-art
broadcast uplink facility outside of Pittsburgh, PA for satellite
and terrestrial network services. The Diversified companies
also maintain offices in Minnesota, Washington DC and southern
California.
