John Melillo, President:
John began the company and guided it on its present course of building and managing both rich media and data networks for marketing and corporate communications. Beginning with building the satellite network portion side of the business, he launched DMG’s foray into signage at the 2002 retail show “Global Shop” with a small New York City software developer and national retail fixture manufacturer.

Under his leadership DMG has nurtured industry and client partnerships which have generated base revenue that is sustaining DMG’s current growth. The single portal concept behind our business model along with initiatives in IPTV, Cellular transmission, and the “out-of-home network” concept have all been nurtured during his tenure.

John has more than thirty years experience in corporate communications and electronic network management. He was the leading architect for several corporate network designs before joining Diversified Systems in 2001. These award winning networks provided employee communications, marketing support and distance learning from state of the art studios to customized downlink facilities.

He has been involved at the senior communications management level on the strategic planning of internal communications plans as well as external branding and marketing. John is a winner of numerous creative awards in the electronic and print communication fields. He has produced and directed hundreds of hours of live multi-camera productions for corporate and broadcast applications, and also directed numerous film style productions for training, marketing and commercial presentation.

Brian Lees, Vice President and General Manager
Brian Lees has been instrumental in managing the company’s internal and external IT infrastructure and leading operations globally. Brian is responsible for handling contract administration and negotiation with vendors and clients alike. His leadership ability has been the driving force behind the strong field construction and maintenance operation. DMG has become known for its field excellence and customer service under his tutelage. Brian is also responsible for the build out of DMG’s strong IT structure.

Under his guidance DMG developed a 24/7 monitoring and content management operations center giving DMG true differentiation in the marketplace. He has also become an integral part of the sales initiatives with many of DMG’s largest networks. He has more than ten years of management experience in the operations of large-scale organizations. He served as Operations Director for Career Blazers prior to joining Diversified Media Group.

As Operations Director, Brian was responsible for 130 remote offices in 22 states. Brian has strong experience in the areas of technical consulting management, outsourcing management, and employee training and enhancement. Brian graduated with a BA in Business Management from Binghamton University and received his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Tom Percich, Vice President Business Development
Tom Percich is the sales team leader at DMG. His ability to network among vendors, Diversified Systems sales force and clients has yielded a host of new business over his years with DMG.

Tom’s ability to understand the highly technical nature of our work and translate that into applications of use to our customers has given DMG a stance in the marketplace we would not otherwise have. He was instrumental for the initial thought process behind DMG’s managed services approach to the digital signage market. This initiative is the basis for the company’s projected future growth.

He has more than ten years of experience in private networks and data networks. Tom has held senior management positions with Satellite Network Systems and its successor Loral Cyberstar, and Digistar Networks. During these tenures he was instrumental in guiding more than 20 private corporate networks to fruition.

He works closely with his clients on all phases of endpoint installation and head-end construction. Tom is also experienced in distance learning technologies and techniques. Tom joined DMG as a result of its acquisition of Digistar Networks. Prior experience includes management positions with Kimberly Clark, and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Mitch Mittler, Manager Applications Engineering:
Mitch Mittler has more than fifteen years of advanced engineering design in the multi-media/audio visual, digital signage, and broadcast integration field. Mitch’s current responsibilities at Diversified Media Group include managing a team of senior and junior audio and video system design and documentation engineers.

Mitch’s team is responsible for a wide array of projects including one-off “museum level” designs as well as small and large network layouts; across all of DMG’s client verticals including financial, retail, advertising-based, as well as sports & entertainment. He was the lead designer and integrator for the award winning projects at JFK Airport American Airlines tunnel project for JC DecauxNA and Time Warner Center in New York. He and his team can also be credited with facilitating the newest designs including live video insertion and touch-screen technology for media networks at stadiums around the country.

Mitch is also a proponent of advanced show control within the digital signage market and is working on several key proprietary designs with vendor partners in digital signage software.

Prior to joining DMG, Mitch worked for over 8 years at Diversified Systems. He was responsible for the project engineering and design of over 75 major installations including Merrill Lynch Corporate Training Center, NASDAQ corporate lobby remodel, and Bear Stearns Corporate Headquarters, and numerous television and sporting arena projects.

Mitch is a graduate of Hofstra University with a BS from the School of Communications.

Gregory F. Pinto, Manager IT Engineering:
Greg Pinto comes out of Rutgers College of Engineering. He began his professional career as a Project Manager for Fountain Technologies (the largest PC manufacturer on the east coast at the time). There he created an automated fax solution utilizing Visual Basic and Microsoft Office. Greg is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Prior to joining DMG, he was a senior support engineer in the telecommunications industry at SAIC/Telcordia to over 8000 global users. He was also a System Analyst for Jefferies & Company, an investment bank, where he was responsible for network support and monitored the company’s Network Operation Center. His background in support and managing mission critical networks is a tremendous benefit to DMG. He has a clear focus on managing DMG’s NOC and supporting all of our employees and our customers’ networking needs.

Cheryln Pietrzak, Technical Support Manager:
When DMG needed a strong leader with the ability to build a team from the ground up and create a technical support group and proactive monitoring network operations center we looked no further than Cheryln.

Her responsibilities include ongoing upgrade of the NOC as well as day to day operational management including network monitoring, content management and broadcasting support for all clients. The DMG client list and needs is as varied as her previous work experience.

Cheryln has experience in marketing design and graphics as well as certifications in network engineering and internet technologies including A+, Net+, and MCSE. Her previous experience in corporate communication and public relations gives her the insight to work with her team as well as DMG’s clients as they communicate with their various constituents.

Ms. Pietrzak has more than 11 years of experience in technical support operations including logistics management. A note worthy project as part of the management team at former employer Fuji Film she facilitated the in-sourcing of an entire technical division to a 3rd party contractor and working as a final escalation point and key liaison for the same 3rd party contractors—CES & CGS Inc.. She has worked with vendors Sony, Toshiba, SanDisk, Microsoft and Dell on technical product issues/pre-release beta testing of consumer products.

TJ DiQuollo, Senior Content Manager:
TJ spent several years learning the electronics business from the ground up developing and editing digital effects packages for HD production trucks. He has a strong background in the creative process working as a technical director and director of various types of programs including talk show format and news.

He is a skilled creative with experience in all aspects of Adobe software as well as non-linear editing including AVID.

During his time at DMG he has been instrumental in re-developing the Nike Network Luxus Digital Network, Time Warner Center retail advertising network among others. TJ has also worked extensively in synchronous network projects launched at Armani Exchange, Cole Haan and various Nike specialty brand stores.

Christine Cruz, Service Coordinator:
Christine has been with DMG for a little more than two years, but has had an enormous impact on our technical operations and support team. She has steadily been given more responsibility and control of the DMG service function culminating as our service coordination leader in early 2009.

Beginning with DMG as part of the technical network team she was responsible for troubleshooting all technical aspects of a varied group of managed networks including network monitoring. Chris was part of the design team for our CRM system and is called on today as part of the strategic management oversight committee as DMG constantly adds improvements to our systems and procedures.

She was an integral part of our Nike CoolSign upgrade team and was instrumental in implementation of the JC DecauxNA advertising network. As part of the JCD roll-out DMG introduced the NimSoft SNMP software product to monitor all aspects of the network architecture in hundreds of locations across the country. Ms. Cruz took an active role in orchestrating this release.

Chris has more than 15 years experience in the technical support and system roll-out area for high-tech products for digital photography with Fuji Film. Her accounts included Wal-Mart with more than 4,000 locations alone; Costco, Sam’s Club, Walgreens and IBM. She had various responsibilities over the years including system installation coordination, contracts administration, and billing oversight. Chris’s client list included more than 10,000 locations nationwide.
